We didn't have a sink in our bathroom.
This wasn't mentioned in the room specs, in spite of our selection of a bigger room.
Pillows are made of cotton and are very uncomfortable.

Reception inisistente, appartamento sporco e pieno di muffa.

We were 9 people cramped into a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment and was charged for two apartments. We could not get hold of anybody to sort the problem out and had to pay an additional amount for alternative accommodation.
Really terrible.
The lady managing the check in was extremely helpful though, but could not really help us.
The service was exceptinal, the guy on the desk was so helpful

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The apartment has many upsides, the first being convenience/location. It couldn't be in a better location: there is ample dining and shopping within a short walk, and the city tram that can get you to the old city and all the main tourist attractions is cheap and a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, the neighborhood is very safe. The staff are all very nice and helpful as well, and the attendant helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us at a fair price. The downside is in the apartment itself. It is nothing like the advertised photos. The building is quite old and the "superior suite" advertised as able to accommodate 7 people was frustratingly cramped for just four people. The worst part is the bathrooms. One bathroom is just a toilet and small shower stall...but it is not humanly possible to shower in there without completely flooding the whole room. There is a hand sprayer and an overhead jet, both of which due to their size and location cannot be operated in any way that resembles a true shower. The other bathroom has a nice tub and shower head but no shower curtain; so if you choose to shower there, you will, yet again, flood the whole room. All in all, a really desirable location and great staff, but a subpar and deceptively advertised room.
The location is fantastic!! Super close to shops and restaurants. Really quiet and close to public transportation. Unfortunately our room was beyond bad and the staff seemed to think that even though we were the ones on vacation we should work with them. The very really health issues presented to them day one due to the deplorable condition our room was in was met with stalling and then unwillingness to do anything and then met with lies that they had done something to resolve the situation even though they had never once bothered to talk to us at all. The location doesn’t outweigh the mold.
The attendant was superb—he was welcoming and friendly—carried our bags up and down to our room—and helped us book a local tour of Jerusalem. The room was not really as advertised—a 3rd floor walk up in desperate need of a renovation. Location was fabulous (except is at the end of a dirty inaccessible alley). To get to the hotel, you have to drag your suitcases two blocks and then up to the end of the aforementioned alley. I wouldn’t stay there again.
affa 60 has been the most horrible hotel/apartments I have ever seen in my life. First of all no taxi driver was able to find it therefore, inform the taxi to drop you at King George St V and then you will have to drag your luggage to the place that is all the way on the inside. The Building is not secured at all both front and back entrance are wide open at all times day and night with no doors, whether it rains or its is super cold you have absolutely no where to stay. When We were getting ready to check we waited 2 hours in the cold, there is no reception area or please to seat we were standing against the wall freezing in this 40 dg temperature. They do not have no bathrooms available we had to wait for our room to be cleaned to go in use the restroom.
After 6 PM there is nobody available to check you in they will leave a note on the table and the keys at the door for you. So anybody can use your room without being caught.
Now when it rained we were stuck in our room 113 because the wind was throwing all the water on the stairs and we would get wet, the ground floor was flooded.
To top it all the whole building smelled because they have a sewage problem. The covered it with a carpet in the alley. That is why in the rooms they put a very concentrated scented perfume to cover the sewage smell.
The beds are super uncomfortable and the toilet and rooms are super old. BEWARE of the pictures you see online because they are not accurate and promote false advertising.
