"This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment. The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. We stayed here twice for three nights, ten days apart. The first stay it was windy and you couldn’t use the beach because of the trash...

"An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! "amazing staff and service!! properties were gorgeous as well and we had an amazing time. Food was great quality and despite staying there just over a week, we had no issues with food. "The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. Our complimentary breakfast each day was delicious, and we had plenty of choices. The location was not the best for us, since we had no car to get around, although the hotel did have a shuttle that took us where we wanted to go. There weren't many restaurants nearby and the roads were very congested and we felt unsafe walking around because of the traffic."

"The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "

"You get what you pay for 14€. There was a loud construction going on. For one day no water in 2nd floor, staff really did not care. There is a lot of ants everywhere. Overall no hello, thank you or sorry from staff. Plus side it has a pool, rooms are large and the place is just next to the beach."
