"We had a decent stay at North Inn Town hotel. For the price we paid (25$ CAD/night), it was ok but we would not recommend it, mostly because it’s quite far from everything. When we booked, we knew it was a 25 min walk away from the old town but, in reality, the walk isn’t pleasant and it can easily be a bit further than that depending on where you are in the old town. Plus, all taxis would charge us more to take us there because it was « far ». Other than the location, the staff was great and...
"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.
The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...
"What an amazing hotel! Such good value in this beautiful, boutique hotel.
The setting by the river was exquisite.
The room was stunning and so comfortable.
Staff were delightful.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Would definitely recommend and stay again."
"Nice small hotel, clean, nice bedroom, large bathroom good for family of 4 ppls, limited parking, service average could do better, breakfast not too many choices and food below average, we live in 5th floor, right under the sky bar, kinda loud at night but overall still average rating. "
"Beautiful design, artfully decorated, clean, convenient to markets, restaurants, riverside, and the historic district. Perhaps the best aspect though was the owner/hostess, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Her positive energy made our stay particularly memorable. "
"Since the day one to the end, the staff were friendly and polite, especially the staff PAM who sever us at the restaurant.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast comes with a good spread of cuisine and varity.

"I was attending ITM massage school and it’s right across the street. There are also other things walkable nearby, like laundry service, a grocery store, several dining choices, and a pharmacy. Grabs are easy to get and very affordable. Tuk-tuks from nearby tourist things will also bring you back to the hotel. Overall, it was good enough for my purposes and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "

"This trendy Old City hotel has a swimming pool and includes a huge Thai and Western breakfast buffet. Attentive staff and excellent location at a great price make it a perfect home away from home while visiting Chiang Mai. I’d go back in a heart beat. Steps from the best street food including Khao Soi Khun Yai!"
"Stay for 3 nights, service was excellent, bed was very comfortable. Walkable location. The hotel spa was wonderful. The rooftop bar - delicious bites & drink, ambiance and view was spectacular."
"Perfect location to temples, street food, and the viral fern forest cafe. I stayed 5 days,
I do wish there was a couple drawers for clothes, There was only a long bar/counter for my items but other than that it was perfect."
"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
Intriguing and well-preserved images and sculptures from a former empire, including the important Crystal Buddha, decorate the oldest temple in the city.
