O quarto é bom. A cama não é ruim, mas poderia ser um pouquinho melhor. As atendentes do check in poderiam ser melhor treinadas, o café da manhã NÃO é incluso na estadia, mas no enunciado do hotéis.com dá a entender que sim. Loja de conveniência com preços muito justos. Garagem ok.

O apartamento é ótimo mas o check-in impossibilita deixar a bolsa ou mala em um lugar seguro na recepção, quando na maioria dos Hotéis/recepções não há problema. Quanto à limpeza, precisa pagar um extra que eu não sabia. Não ficou claro. A localização é ótima. A piscina excelente.

A estadia foi muito boa e a estrutura do prédio é impecável, tudo de primeira linha. No entanto, fiquei decepcionado com a acomodação, que não correspondia às imagens do anúncio. Roupa de cama/toalhas de baixa qualidade

O prédio é novo e bem confortável. Porém a roupa de cama e toalhas são de péssima qualidade. A cama também é daquelas bem barata e pouco confortável. Para piorar a experiência tinha um inseto embaixo do lençol. Entrei em contato com a empresa que administra e eles só disseram: desculpa. Sem oferecer nenhuma solução como troca de roupa de cama, limpeza ou algo do tipo. Precisa melhorar bastante as roupas de cama e toalhas para ficar condizente com o resto da acomodação.

Excelente e novo flat

Apto excelente, bem decorado, tudo muito novo e limpo! Tinha uma varandinha gostosa, cama queen super confortável, chuveiro gostoso, com microondas, fogão, cafeteira, filtro de água, geladeira e equipamentos de cozinha, além de ar condicionado que funcionou bem. Na minha opinião, só as toalhas de banho poderiam ser de melhor qualidade e seria interessante se fosse fornecida toalha de rosto também. Portaria 24 horas, nos sentimos seguros com identificação facial para entrada no edifício e no hall dos elevadores. Apto muito bem localizado, a 3 quarteirões da praia de Tambaú, perto de diversos restaurantes e pontos turísticos.

Excelente lugar, tudo certo. Só que as toalhas de banho são horríveis e com cheiro ruim. Grudam no corpo e não enxugam. Depois de 4 dia pedi para trocar na portaria e para duas equipes de limpeza e ninguém me retornou.

O Flat Move é muito bom, porém o ap 807 não tinha copos, só xícaras e taças de gin. Só tinha 1 garfa, 1 faca e 3 colheres. Não tinha panos de chão nem cadeiras na varanda. Tivemos de pedir esses itens. No check in, os recepcionistas tiveram um pouco de dificuldades, o que gerou filas. Deveria ter um treinamento e melhor capacidade de comunicação com os hóspedes na espera pois teve gente que passou na minha frente na fila. Mas no geral, a estadia foi muito boa.

Excelente apartamento

O prédio é novo, apartamento tipo Studio e igual as fotos, bem localizado, o restaurante no térreo oferece café da manhã à parte e tem um restaurante maravilhoso ao lado do edifício, o all garden, que é excelente. Gostei bastante da estadia! Retornaria sem dúvidas! Só deixo como sugestão a melhoria em relação as roupas de cama e banho.
