I’m yet to see a more unorganized hotel. Hot water doesn’t come in the evening. Wifi doesn’t work. AC doesn’t work. Staff was rude and food is horrible. There is no prifessional and trained staff. Staff was unhelpful and rude. Room service nonine picks up the phone. Breakfast manager talks so loud and keeps talking on phone and thr list is on going
