โFirst time I was given packaged gluten free options. Kudos for that! They do not have first floor rooms but was able to put me near the elevator. I was not happy my roon was not cleaned daily and I had to get new towels when I returned but I would definitely recommend โ
โFood options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better.
The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them.
also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms.
and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so...

The beds were so high I couldnโt touch the ground and I am 6โ. โ
โThe staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Great price for a clean and comfortable stay. I stayed there 4 nights on a property / business trip. I was always happy returning to the room after a hard work day.
Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale.โ
โBooked this hotel online while traveling. Owners were very nice. The wife gave me a start of an edible plant she had growing. The room was very clean and you could tell the paint was fresh and tile floor was kept clean
Comfortable mattress. Checkout easy. Will stay again. โ
