โI had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously cleanโfrom the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

โThe location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. โ
โOn July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and aboveโ
โStayed with family during the weekend. Great location, clean room and nice pool. I just wish that someone told us about the dehumidifier in the rooms. It was very humid the first night and couldโve used it. Otherwise Cape Sands Inn is a great motel without the bells & whistle at a great affordable price!โ
