โProperty is located in downtown Hyannis and is very convient. Close to many resturants and stores. However some strange noises in back alley road. Overall a good place.โ
โWe booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...
โOn July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and aboveโ
โWe really found this hotel to be very nice! The bed, sheets, pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast (i had read)was disappointing, however we found it to have been well stocked and although the breakfast area got congested, it was quite sufficient. Pool indoor and outdoor. Surprisingly very quiet although it was full. Felt safe. We were very pleased. I would stay there again. โ
โThe hotel didn't seem like much from the outside but it was great! Rooms were very up to date and clean. Window on each side gave a nice cross breeze and AC worked really well. Pools were great. Staff was friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!โ
