During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner.
