"Walked in our room late at night and the sofa bed was broken and apart. There was a nasty stain on the floor. One of my kiddos turned on a light and a cockroach ran across the bathroom floor. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful even though it was 2am and I had four young children with me. We immediately left and continued our drive"

Area around the hotel was clean and was very close to McDonalds which was great. Very close to highway. Parking was able to park right in front of our room. Room was relatively clean. Bathroom could be updated here in the future.Would stay again. "

"The breakfast was nice, but the coffee machine was out of order and staff could not keep up with coffee being made and brought out one decanter at a time. Two to three would have been a better alternative to one at a time. The bathroom was actually nice and newer but very tight arrangement. The shower turn on was a very peculiar type. "

With a late arrival, parking was full except for three EV charging spots so they allowed me to use one spot. I took the one which seemed to be out of order. The room had a modern, functional layout. "
