"The staff told me during registration (2pm) there will be a room with queen size bed for me and come back at 3pm for official check in. But when I check in at 3pm she told me there were no queen size bed available anymore whereas another guest made a request she gave to them. Then we were stuck with the room which we accept. But the thing don’t end there, when we want to shower at night, there isn’t any hot water.
Call the front desk, then maintenance came in, still could not solve the issue, said to be pump issue and cannot be fixed at night. After 1.5hrs and made some request, then the duty manager step in to tell us for change room."
