"I requested makeup room, but I was pushed back for three hours because they have a priority rooms to be cleaned. My room was never mad up because I had to give up and rest. It was unacceptable. I left at 11 AM came back at 2 pm.It still wasn’t done. That was the only thing."

"This property pleasantly surprised us with its great value, convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in busy Korea! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Korea!"

"It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”"
