Convenient location. The front desk staff is not there in the morning or past 10pm, so if you need anything like towels outside of these hours, it may be difficult to get. They also don’t offer room cleaning when we stayed there for 3-4 nights. The bathrooms are soooo tiny, but that may be common in Japan.

This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value.

"Hotel was great. Very convenient to train station and multiple levels of shopping.. Restaurant at night was not worth it, we had better on the street although the wagyu was great. Crepe shop a block away is also worth a stop."
