"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time! The hosts are so nice and the hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are a bit noisy if other guests make noise, and the mattress a bit hard but the hosts make conpletely up for this with everything they do for you. We would stay here again any time!"

"I missed my boat and got stuck in Leon for the night. Room was clean and bed comfortable and even had a hot shower! Beautiful old building, very friendly staff and location could not be more convenient."

"Great location. Nice staff. Hammocks to relax in and communal kitchen. Room was basic but to be expected for the bargain price and had everything you need. No air con but did have a very effective fan. Good wifi. Shower ok. Great value for money. Would stay again. "

"The pool and area around didnt seem to be in service. But the po was open. Wifi was not working. Parking avaiable arcoss the street for 1$ us extra. Overall ok. "

"I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Nicaragua, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property itself is stunning—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere—but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service. A special thank you to Francisco at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my trip was smooth and enjoyable. From helping with local recommendations to making last-minute arrangements, Francisco was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional. I also want to recognize Isaac and Miguel, two of the servers who stood out for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They made every meal feel like a special occasion and always greeted me with a smile. Their service added a personal touch that made all the difference. This hotel is already amazing, but the staff takes it to another level. I highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in excellent hands."

"Oscar and Ariel. Made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's a great place to relax by the ocean and enjoy the peace and quiet day.It was only going to stay one day.But decided to stay another day just so I could. I've taken the whole experience, enjoying the nature and the peace and tranquility. The food was definitely top notch the lobster, it was incredible. I think that's what tempted me to even stay a second day just to eat it again"

Nice cute hotel well located

"Second time i stay there. Its small, quiet and close to the main cathedral and the places where the volcano tours start. Its very clean, rooms are simple but ac works great which is the most important when in Leon! Breakfast is nice as well ans the staff are all welcoming and helpful."
