Great stay

I booked a family room and was happy with my stay. The breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee. My only complaint would be that outside noise filters into the room. The staff arrive early and their conversation easily wakes you up. The staff was friendly.

It’s a No from us!

The room was spacious. The pool was reasonable size for a dip. BUT during the 2 nights we were their at various times:the toilet blocked, the electricity was down, the water was “off” twice and there was very little water pressure in general, big ants one day too. Breakfast was minimal. AND both mornings the staff woke us with their chatting! It felt as if we were intruding in someone’s home.

Everything was good except that it is a little bit far from the city center. Dominik was very helpful in helping me with breakfast choice, with finding me a taxi and giving me directions for the bus terminal. I appreciate his help very much. He also speaks English which I think is a plus for the hotel .
