Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

JĂĄ havia ficado hospedada antes. A experiĂȘncia tinha sido excelente. Agora, quarto com fĂłrmica do chĂŁo arrancada, porta do banheiro sem querer fechar. Pesada e nĂŁo tivemos que fazer força para abrir e fechar. Aceitam pets, tudo bem, mas cobram caro e acham que sĂł existe cachorro de pet. Porque o kit oferecido Ă© para cachorro. E o "estacionamento", antes fornecido de forma gratuita, agora Ă© pago. Mas vocĂȘ sĂł descobre quando estĂĄ saindo. E quando vocĂȘ fala que nĂŁo avisaram, dizem que estava no papel que entregaram na hora do check in. Realmente, fiquei decepcionada. Quem sabe melhoram e descobrem que nĂŁo existe sĂł cachorro, e arrumam os quartos com problemas, antes do hĂłspede chegar.
