9/10 매우 훌륭함! (이용 후기 1,073개)
To begin at the beginning
The hotel was directly next door to building which was being renovated
The sound of jack hammers from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday made the room between these hours unusable
When approaching the reception staff I was completely dismissed.
Expedia’s AI chat bot offered no assistance but to tell me to speak to reception and they had tried to speak to reception but couldn’t get through
If a hotel is next door to a building site I think at the very least some pre-warning is in order
Not to discover the issue when you get there and be told leave and make other arrangements or just shut up and put up with it.

Nos dejaron la calefacción prendida para que cuando lleguemos estuviera calentito. La pileta con el agua limpia. Cada habitación tenía calefacción y ropa de cama ..."
