Perfect moment after a whole day in Pairi Daiza Zoo, this hotel give a peaceful moment, we play snooker in the morning and some other client in the swiming pool..that really cool... The breakfast is really good. much offer and delicious. Big love.

Good food and good service.

The hotel was conveniently located close to SHAPE where I was doing some work. The hotel is a bit older, but the staff did a good job of taking care of me. My complements to the chefs as the consistently prepared wonderful meals.

Wonderful little hotel

I had one of the sauna rooms which was pretty great. Make sure you ask the front desk if it is not getting hot they have some buttons to push to get it all working.

Nice setting with a good gym and private sauna. Some good products, but the service in the restaurant is not up to scratch, the products and breakfast are not up to scratch and the soundproofing in the rooms is poor.

Lovely property, just let down by cleanliness

We stayed in one of the treehouse lodges, in which facilities were good! View out the window was really cool, bathroom was good. Only thing that let it down was the overall cleanliness of the property. Was dead flies throughout, and old pile of mud or animal waste underneath the stairs, crack in the shower floor. We stayed with an under 3, however stairs are a little precarious due to the construction of the pod, we may consider this if we was to stay in the future.

Staff were polite. Breakfast was ok and decent for the price (about 14 euros). I stayed in a tree house, which seemed a little neglected from a cleaning and maintenance perspective. The shower drained slowly and I asked the front desk to have someone look at it - not sure if they did. There were several smashed dead bugs that hadn't been cleaned off the walls, and the window leaked when it rained. I think it could have been a really cool place - just needs some love.

Stayed here in a triple room. 2 adults, 1 child. Room was generally on the small side. Bathroom had no shower curtain/screen so the whole bathroom got wet every time someone showered. Small indoor pool, not very deep but my daughter enjoyed. Staff were friendly. Cute cats around the property. Bar and restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat there.

The Utopia hotel is a wonderful gem in the forest near Mons. The front staff is absolutely amazing, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast is €12, and I think it is good value for what you get. The rooms a little bit on the small side, but very clean. I think I gave the four stars, instead of five, because I came back from visiting a friend last night, and the parking lot is very dark. It was raining a lot, and that made it almost spooky to run from my car to the entrance. I wish they would install more lights. Also, be careful, the shower is very, very slippery. Also, I noticed there are no Kleenex, no in room, coffee maker, and no telephone, in case you absolutely have to call the front staff. But I would stay here again, it is comfortable and you have everything you need. Again, the prime staff was exceptional. Thank you so much for all your help. 😀

We stayed in one of the sauna rooms. First issue was that the room was situated downstairs, next to the gym, the hotel toilets, & the reception area, so was very noisy. We had people in the room above us banging the floor, running around & shouting at 1am. The sauna was a nice addition to the room, but the water bucket was full of mouldy water. Cobwebs & dust everywhere in the room, and a colony of ants outside the room door, which a member of staff did clean up, but the ants returned about 10 mins later. We went for food at the hotel too, which was nice, but definitely not worth the price at all. The staff were all very polite and did assist when we reported the people above us being loud. The gym was nice, had little equipment but was good quality & very clean. We didn’t use the pool. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, and I would recommend finding somewhere else in the area to stay.
