Magic Sand beach is a very nice beach to hang out and watch sunset. Waves 🌊 could be magical and dangerous to have kids get close with it.

Went swimming in coral waters with many beautiful tropical fish. Just about 5 minutes from the Royal Sea Cliff resort.
Driving along the Kona coast and stopping at several of the sandy beaches. There is a surf advisory of 7 to 10 foot waves this morning, a surfers delight.

Excellent condo-like home (LR, dining area, full kitchen, laundry, large bedroom and two bathrooms). 18 two story buildings a bit packed together. Pools, fitness center, play areas. A bit far from nearest beaches. Generous parking. Not inexpensive but, for us, well worth the cost.
