"RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!. The property was closed. We arrived shortly before 6 PM on December 20th 2021. After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. We told him we have paid for our room and have a confirmed reservation. He said sorry the place has been closed and that no one is working there anymore for sometime. "The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad"
