"It was a simple but very clean hotel. Great location very close to downtown in fantastic views up towards the mountains. Front staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back again. "

"Great location easy to find. Staff on arrival very helpful, not so when leaving.The argument as to if we’d paid the bill was pretty embarrassing for them. Room was ok good view of the monasteries. Breakfast was ok. No tea or coffee in the room had to use room service. Overall good value for money.Free parking on site, but we used the car park opposite. Plenty of restaurants and bars further up from the hotel."

"This hotel has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The room is on the small side but everything worked. No USB ports. Bathroom shower glass is small so it’s easy to get the bathroom floor quite wet. There is no toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the toilet tank which got a bit wet. Free parking across the street. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is inexpensive and very ordinary. "

"Air conditioner did not work in the room. Staff was very unhappy to hear that . Only after our threats to call our credit card company, they gave us different room. WIFI didn’t work. Swimming pool was fool of local kids -nice kids-but never the less . Clerk at front desk is also bartender and restaurant manager. "

"The location of this hotel is great. It is in the centre of town and a 2mim walk to the bus that goes to Meteora. The staff were friendly and let us leave our bags for free until we left on the bus in the afternoon. For the price the rooms were a bit small and there is also a smell of smoke throughout the entire hotel. Overall we had a good stay here and it was hard to beat the location"
