“Nice apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable bed and very friendly host who personally meet and greet you at the door. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. ”

However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.”

“The view from the living room of the marina and surrounding mountains was priceless. Having a fully functioning kitchen was a great advantage for storing and preparing food. If only the upstairs bedroom had a WC, it was the only drawback. The period charm with all the modern amenities was unbeatable. “Great location that is NOT directly in Kalamata. 5 minutes drive down the street to all the action. No problem parking (in May). Staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Pool is very nice and big on a raised deck overlooking the beach which is right across the street. You can also walk into the action at Kalamata. Probably a 20 minute walk. “We had an amazing three day stay at Filoxenia last week! The service was second to none! Everyone from the front desk, maids, wait staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Service Manager Adonis and his dedicated staff! Superstars! Adonis made sure we had a gluten free breakfast package for our 6:00 am checkout as we had to catch an early flight!
