6. Very Nice balcony - you can see the sunrise sitting in your room (provided you get the road facing room) and spend time with your friends in the huge balcony.

โWe actually wanted to go to Kalaw, by accident we booked this hotel in aung ban. Its a fantastic hotel, great food and very nice service. Its quiet, clean and has also a pool ans gym.โ
โWE arrived there quite late, 4pm. It was about to be sunset and get cold. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving tips to eateries and sights.
The location of the hotel, on top of a hill, gives to great view of the sunset and sunrise as well as being a good marker for navigating back when you explore the small town by foot. โ
โArrived at the hotel and hotel staff mentioned that they do not have agreement with Expedia since 2019. I wonder why Expedia still list this hotel in the website. Fully paid for rooms and still awaiting reply on refund.โ

The family who runs it are super lovely, the breakfast was fantastic and the room had the best view.
Its such a good choice. We choose to stay one night of our stay in the area at an expensive hotel on the lake will it was lovely we do wish we had spent another night at Mothers Home and saved our money.โ
