"Ideal location. Well thought out room with toaster and kettle; ideal to make a bite to eat. Breakfast was disappointing; not worth the money. Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. Staff and room were great though and would return again"

"Allowed to check in early, lovely staff. The all inclusive was a bonus with on tap soft drinks, beer and wine. The food was really good too. Would love to stay again. The pool and spa area was a nice treat as well. "

"A very good breakfast with plenty of variety. Something for everyone. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and outside balcony. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful and making it a very enjoyable stay. "

"On arrival the welcome was warm. All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. There was a patio with chairs and a table and the most wonderful views of the mountains - this was not used much due to the snow! The restaurant provided us with exceptional breakfasts - both hot and cold options, fruit, nuts, yoghurts, meats, the most amazing scrambled eggs, fresh honeycomb, juices (including a make your own option) - totally stunning. The evening meals were equally wonderful. The spa was the cherry on the cake - a steam room and sauna plus relaxation area with complimentary fruit/herbal teas, water, snacks and again the wonderful views - in better weather there was a hot tub available. Overall a great hotel, great staff and a wonderful place to unwind and relax."

"Everything is great about this resort- from hotel, restaurant food, rooms, swimming pools, ski slopes logistics and customer service. I will visit again in a heartbeat. The only con is- the blankets are too small but this is normal for Austria and Germany, I noticed. Totally recommend."

"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. Once in my room, I found the TV was not working, the remote control was disgustingly covered in someone else's food, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, and I was given one single duvet and one small pillow (for a double bed). The only route for me to complain was by text as no one was on reception. The TV got fixed the next day (I was only staying 4 nights), but I was told as I was staying by myself that I only got 1 single duvet and 1 pillow. They also advertise a morning bread service but as there was no one at reception to take the order, I couldn't use that. I was told 2 days later that I could order that via the sister hotel, kind of pointless to then be told that with only 1 day of my holiday left. These guys could not care less about their guests. Completely lacking in any kind of attention to service, and insulting in their response. They eventually offered me EUR32 in compensation on a EUR 700 stay. Insulting to say the least.
