"We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. It is so easy to get there from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. We would definitely recommend this place in Palermo!! "

"We had a lovely stay! The owner and his family are incredibly lovely. They were incredibly easy to communicate with via WhatsApp before our arrival, they arranged for a car transport for us from the airport, and the location is wonderful in terms of access to great food and in the historical center. Breakfasts were INCREDIBLE and the rooms were super spacious. It is a little noisy - I slept great but my partner and mom both had a hard time with hearing people down below from the street level....

I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not. "The property is located in a great location, very walkable. If you have a car to access the hotel you will need to enter a pedestrian zone the hotel will post validate your car to avoid fines. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive and kind staff. Not sure the property is a four star hotel. The rooms are very basic more like a college dorm. The hotel lacks comfort there is no sitting area other than the basic hotel room."

"Perfect location for our city break. Our room was at the back of the building, not a great view but at least it was quiet. A/c was a god-send as was the mini fridge. Room was serviced everyday. While the shower cubicle was small, there was loads of hot water and very powerful.
