"We specifically left another hotel when visiting Tokyo because the ratings were great but when we got there the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t take it anymore and so we left for this hotel and they had the best pillow top mattresses with an amazing staff, the rooms were just enough for space, and the hallways are so adorable would definitely stay here again, also it does have a washer and dryer at the property. Thank you!!!"

"The staff were super friendly. I left my bags both before check in and after check out which freed me off to explore. Both check in and check out are done through a machine but I had a staff member helping me since most of the instructions were in Japanese. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking at visiting Enoshima and Kamakura."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."
