"Beautiful luxury hotel overlooking Yokohama Harbour. Big bright room, comfortable beds, walkable area, excellent staff. We arrived mid morning off the Diamond Princess with heavy bulky luggage. Hotel stored our bags and delivered them to our room before check in was completed! Not overpriced, no complaints about anything."

"The property was very clean and the staff were very kind and polite! We went down most mornings for the breakfast! There is a bar right there that you can every day sit from 5:30 to 6:30 for happy hour and have free beer! Everything there is kinda on this small side in Japan, but the rooms large enough to relax and shower ! I was therefore exploring and didn’t plan on spending all my time in my hotel room! I even got dinner there a few times and it was very good! I stayed there for two weeks and I was on the second floor, which is right next to the laundry room, which was nice! I really enjoyed the rooftop! I like to go to the 10th floor and grab me a drink from their drink machine and then sit out there on the rooftop and just watch the sky and stars and look over the side. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating! The location was right next to Kawasaki Metro! Plenty of shopping, plenty of bars, close to 7-eleven as well as Lawson’s! I would highly recommend it if you’re not really looking for luxury, but a clean and comfortable place to relax and rest your head!"

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"The staff were super friendly. I left my bags both before check in and after check out which freed me off to explore. Both check in and check out are done through a machine but I had a staff member helping me since most of the instructions were in Japanese. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking at visiting Enoshima and Kamakura."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて 、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"
