"Convenient location if you have an early flight out of Haneda Airport. Check-in and check-out were both done by kiosks and it felt a little impersonal. On the plus side, it was efficient and fast."

"Great location, clean room, very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was on small side. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit hectic. A lot of people in hotel, have to plan ahead to get to breakfast room before peak times."

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."

"Wonderful and clean place to stay. Good location. We did not receive the email with the access code 24 hrs. before check in. This was very disturbing as are whole flight over we were in anxiety. I finally had to find the phone number and call to get the email sent."

"Location is very convenient. It’s about a 5-6 minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station. Plenty of places to eat and a 7-11 nearby. The staff is very helpful and patient."

Dinner and drinks at The Throne Lounge, proximity to the terminal, restaurant and shopping options galore, a sense of exclusivity on the Premier side. Couldn’t ask for much better in an airport hotel property."
