โAmazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. โ
"Good service. Easy access to the exhibition center. They operate free shuttle service to nearby train station. Also a direct bus available from/to Narita airport. When I needed the Japanese two pin wall socket, the reception rented it for free. You can access the exhibition building through the internal passage, which was good when raining. The room was spacious for APA hotel. Good view from the room. Only negative point is the long queue in the check in and using the elevator when there were too many guests. "
