The counter staff used voice to text translators to translate their Japanese to English. "Good service. Easy access to the exhibition center. They operate free shuttle service to nearby train station. Also a direct bus available from/to Narita airport. When I needed the Japanese two pin wall socket, the reception rented it for free. You can access the exhibition building through the internal passage, which was good when raining. The room was spacious for APA hotel. Good view from the room. Only negative point is the long queue in the check in and using the elevator when there were too many guests. "
