"This was a very clean property from all the public spaces to the guest rooms. The staff were first class with their smiles and willingness to assist guests at any time. The only thing I would suggest is to turn down the frequency and amount of scent used in the scent machine. It was quite strong for those who are sensitive to scent. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"

"Beautiful property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel personnel are courteous and friendly-everyone greets you and willing to answer any questions. The front desk was very helpful in making reservations at the restaurant we were interested in. The man who escorted us to the room spoke English and pointed out various locations in the hotel (breakfast venue, onsen, lounge). He was so pleasant and courteous. Onsen is large and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay."
