Location and proximity to restaurants. The price was reasonable considering prices elsewhere. Hotel is very dated and old, obvious as you enter. The staff do their best to be welcoming and they are very helpful. Only stayed there one night, and wouldn’t stay there again.

Parking lot is too small. You need to park at the streets. Our room was clean but their was an unpleasant odour coming from the washroom. The shower curtain was not replaced so the smell when the curtain is damp it creates this funky smell. You’ll hear some people walking at the hallway. The bed was clean. Overall it was okay too stay.

Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom smelled heavily of dog pee, there was dog hair all over. There was water damage in the walls. A fleece blanket and top sheet were provided for bedding which was not adequate for warmth. Continental breakfast was decent.

The beds were good and the staff were nice. The parking lot is not very big and configured weird, based on where the property lies. The bathroom needs some work/updating and the continental breakfast is so sub-par it’s basically irrelevant.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with a/c, tv, iron and board with closet. During for preparing coffee. Only drawback is nobody comes empty the garbage and no one comes to fill the coffee pods.

Checking in we were given a gift of two waters and some snacks that were much appreciated by our children. Overall the hotel is decent. Run down and repainted but just not great overall shape. Biggest complaint was our room smelled badly of Body Odour. Needed to be aired out and freshened up. Bed was old and sagged in from the center. Just could have been a bit better. Nothing detrimental or anything.

I liked that they had the continental breakfast open during Christmas. I liked that they had 1 washer and dryer for the guests to use for $2 each, and they converted US money there for the machines. The property is very nicely located to shopping and restaurants.
