A disappointing stay. The room and facilities were very run down. The stairs and balcony areas were uneven, people were smoking all over and the smell was entering our room, the pool and hot tub were closed by Interior Health, walls were missing baseboards and carpets were stained. Breakfast was good.

Staff were lovely and helpful but the property needs so.e cleaning. The room was clean but the pillows were not. They were mismatched and filthy with staining. The towels and bedding are in need of replacement as they were grey and old instead of white. The smoking area is too close to the rooms and the pool and hottub were closed under Interior Health direction. Breakfast was fine.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Overall the room was in need of some renovations, especially the entrance door that seemed to have been kicked in and hastily repaired. I would stay there again.
