Great location. Was able to have a room with a kitchen.
Friendly staff. On checkin, requested a change to ground floor. Staff member was happy to help and changed room as requested. Sound proofing from road noise is great.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are older but clean. Breakfast was disappointing, basically toast and cereal.
There are motels in Merritt for $20/night less that are just as clean. I would stay elsewhere and go to a restaurant for breakfast.

Had a great time, toilet was plugged we had to fix it and we had to wait for hotel manager to get back in order to check out which made us behind for the event we went up there for. Wish the pool was heated a bit.

place is older and somewhat showed it's age. Manager pleasant and very helpful. For my son and I it was all we needed and priced right.

Clean room with a comfortable bed, however; it’s quite outdated & could really use a revamp!
The pool/hot tub room was ominous looking & I was uncomfortable even going in there, so I didn’t!
Excellent bed, quiet dark room for a good night's sleep. Bathroom was spotless. Only item to improve is breakfast ... more hot choices and better coffee.

Not bad....
Stay was OK. Wasn't in room mich. Clean enough. And courtesy desk was pleasant enough. I left before they served there continental breakfast. But t started at 6:30 so cant say how it was.
Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. If I had one complaint, it would be that the pool closed at 9pm, which I thought was a bit early. But asside from that, everything was great!
Very clean and well kept rooms with super comfy beds! I stayed in the pet friendly room 101 and was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the room was, and it was spotless! Often the pet friendly rooms in other hotels are really run down with stains, but not here. Nice to be able to see my car in the lot for peace of mind - though it felt like a safe and well lit area in general. I loved the walking trail across the highway to take my dog in the morning - very nice walk! The hotel is dated but it’s an older hotel in the budget range so was to be expected. I paid about $114 for 1 person and 1 dog all fees and taxes included this past weekend which is good in my books. Staff were pleasant and professional and happy to help. A good stop over on the way back home - I’ll be back next summer! They have a continental breakfast but I can’t comment as I didn’t partake. Tip on getting to the hotel: access is via the Petro-Canada parking lot - so drive through the gas station area.
Always stay here when passing through Merritt. It’s quiet, clean, and perfect for a quick overnight stop. I was delayed and had to check in after midnight, I called and let them know and it was no problem at all. Appreciate the accommodation!
