"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. "I booked 2 rooms, advertised differently and at different prices. they were identical in size and quality, as they were both filthy. my room had evidence of the previous guest, soap bottles were lying around, the ground was greasy and disgusting, the shower was filthy and full of hair"
