"Very clean and comfortable room. I got a great sleep after 5 days fishing on Lake Kenyir. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well making communication easy. Very close to airport for that morning flight."

"i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."

"It's a budget hotel so you have to manage your expectations. I didn't see a lift but I was on the ground floor. The lobby is super clean. The room itself is basic consisting of- a bed, a table and stool. Aircon, that worked very well. They hand you a towel on check-in. No soap or shower gel(so make sure you have some) The bathroom/toilet area is especially small. It will be too difficult if you are plus sized. Or of a larger build. That said, all of it is clean. "This is a residential area, so be warry of lack of transport and eateries. Overall quiet neighborhood. Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and got a huge room with 2 aircons. Bathroom and water pressure was ok. Pillows and mattress were hard. Common area well occupied with water dispenser (hot/cold), iron and washing machine. Don't think they accommodate any cooking or heating up. Breeze self check in and check out process."
