Central location right above mall. Property was nice and clean, but rooms are starting to look aged. Breakfast selection was good, but if you go after 9am, the queue is too long.

R&F Princess Cove is located close to CIQ buidling, with an approx 12 minute walk under shelter. Check in was easy and staffs were friendly and polite. Shama Suasana Johor Bahru
Location was excellent. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Toilets and shower working well. Staffs are polite and helpful. Would be nice if there is an option to include or exclude breakfast.
