"First of all, the service was excellent. But there are a few things i need to mentioned abt the hotel, 1. During our 7 night stay, our safety deposit box malfunctioned 3 times 2. Not like other 5* hotel that provided proper slippers, here they provided cheap thongs that very umcomfortable to wear. ..."
