Great city centre location right next to Pavillion and close to Bukit Bintang and metro stations / monorail. Walking distance to KLCC. Fantastic range of food at breakfast. Pool area a relaxing idyl in the middle of the city. Will definitely book again. "

"If you have an early flight out of KL, this hotel is a no-brainer. Rather than setting an alarm for some ungodly hour and enduring a long taxi ride from central Kuala Lumpur, you’re literally a few minutes from departures via their golf buggy shuttle. The convenience alone justifies booking it. A nice bonus is the Bar and Grill, which stays open until around 3 AM — so if you arrive late and want a proper meal, a beer, or a glass of wine, you’re covered. That kind of flexibility is rare at airport hotels and makes a real difference. The hotel was very busy during my stay, but it didn’t affect the service at all — staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was comfortable with a good shower, though this isn’t a brand new property and the décor reflects that. The facilities are still perfectly good, just not the most modern you’ll find these days. It is relatively expensive by Kuala Lumpur standards, but you’re paying for the location and the convenience, and on that basis it delivers. If you’re transiting through KLIA or have an early departure, save yourself the stress and book a night here."

"I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!"

"Staff friendly, checked in online and all went quick at counter, efficient. Great lobby as well as outside relax area. Beds comfy and although bathroom small ok for the size. No disturbance from planes. And do close to the terminal, just a covered short walk Breakfast good, very long opening hrs starting at 4.00 am! Roti station outside in relax area. A group of guys (ADE)already eating bf afterwards depleted bf items by filling up take away containers, bags as well as bottles. Which some drank from to than fill them up with juices... very unhygienic. As a frequent hotel guest over the years this hotel has strived to improve and I for sure will use their services again when at KLIA2"

"We enjoyed our stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The property itself is stunning and our room was fantastic - spacious, modern and with a spectacular view of the Petronas and broader KLCC skyline. The pool on Level 29 is also excellent, with ample space and also great views. The KLCC area surrounding has countless restaurant, shopping and transport options. In-room dining options were relatively diverse and cater to all tastes. The fridge is stocked with a good array of essentials also, and was well stocked when room serviced. Staff were very friendly, irrespective of whether they were front desk or cleaning rooms. It was evident they wanted to help our guests where they could. I was a little disappointed that a room upgrade was charged extra per night, as an Expedia Gold member who notified in advance I was planning a proposal on site. Of course the hotel was entitled to do so, but the courtesy has been extended in less exciting circumstances before. Of note for travellers visting from Western countries: you will not be allowed to enter Sky 51 Bar unless all guests are 21. This may sound a minor footnote, but we could not go up with our 2-year old, even for photos. Dining options on site are also age restricted - only Kampachi and Bottega allowed kids under 12, with the former providing an underwhelming service in a relatively empty restaurant. The sound proofing of the hotel is also good, which will again be of use to most given the loud calls to prayer throughout each day."
