“We got a message from the hotel on WhatsApp that our room was not available. I messaged back through expedia and got no response so i assumed it was a scam. When we arrived, we were told no rooms were avaliable. They made arrangements with the hotel next door for us to stay. We didnt have time to look for another hotel so we accepted.
