The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean. The area around the hotel was loud because the Amtrak ran behind the building. Typical New York neighborhood with hotel right in the heart of it.

I want to do a claim! The property doesnt exists. The phone number is not working, we asked in the city, we went to the Police for ask where they are, but nobody knows them. The address "Plot 23" nobody knows what is it. Also in the Police station they dont know it. So we had to pay another hotel. ...
