The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I...

“On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down ”

“The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard.
