“All very good. Only thing: there should be body lotion and hair conditionner in the room. Also, checkout time is noon. Cleaning came at 11:45 AM, sending me scrambling to vacate the room because my phone wasn't handy to check the time. They didn't ask I vacate right (it's Ok, we will come later) then but I got the message. ”

Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy”

“It was a nice and quiet location at Serrekunda. But in my first night some people held a wedding banquet downstairs, with loud music until midnight. The room was huge with super big balcony and unbeatable sea view. The restaurant served good food and I had all my breakfast, lunch and dinner there. But I needed to pay for the meals in cash in local currency, unless I could work out how to use the local mobile phone payment app, which I could not. I loved the direct access to the beach. But...

“Loved the hotel staff are brilliant and rooms are always nice but the major issue is the street outside hotel ..the hassle you get trying to walk down the road is like nothing I have experienced before ..many other guests say they same ..that put us off the hotel for our trip next time..but apart from that a amazing hotel ”

“The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard.
