Kind staff and easy check in

Stay was alright. Room was big, bed comfortable but our experience was tainted by the fact our luggage delivery wasn’t done properly and none of the two staff confirmed a date, emailed us after we checked out to tell us that not only the luggage was still at the hotel (I have it to them the day before in the hope of receiving it at the next hotel 48hrs later…) I was offered to send it straight to the airport but refused a refund or compensation for the stress + the fact that I had to buy clothes as I was left with no luggage for for 2 days which I find disappointing. Other than that, hotel is located in a good spot, bath was enjoyable and comfy , bed very comfy and we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. Our room had a lovely view, we loved that we could use our Netflix and other services on the TV. So it was overall good, just felt the customer service could have been a bit better

Perfect final night at Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and rather spacious (considering 2 extra beds were added). Bed mattress was firm and had two types of pillows (the added beds were decent as well). Dinner menu downstairs had limited selections, but enough to satisfy our two families w/ kids. The best thing about this hotel are the staffs. Right from the beginning their sense of professionalism and warm hospitality shined through. From the added beds to the arrangement of the shuttle bus was all handled with utmost courteousness and care. We spent 2 weeks traveling around Hiroshima and staying at Hiroshima Airport Hotel was the perfect ending.

No Hot Tub, private or Public. Expedia information is misleading. The stay was nice. The room was updated with beautiful layout with separate bathroom and shower/bath area. The bed was nice! The TV was nice. Staff were friendly! Location was excellent. My lower star rating was due to the lack of Amenities. All and all it was a nice place. Maybe a little dusty.
