A perfect place for a girls trip.

The stay was incredible! My friends and I had the most amazing girls getaway here. The service was incredible, and I think that the quality was great for the cost. The weather was nice when we were there, but a bit windy on the second day. The quality of the food was great as well. I have no complaints and would love to stay here again someday!

酒店位置很偏僻，关键旁边就是陵园/墓地，而这一事实在Hotels.com上并没有披露。我们在抵达时发现，进入酒店首先需要经过这个陵园/墓地。房间里面非常阴冷，我们的第一反应就是应该尽快离开。随后我们联系司机接我们第一时间离开了酒店。强烈不建议选择这家酒店。 此外，说一下Hotels.com，虽然我们在第一时间联系了Hotels.com的客服，并向客服人员反馈了以上事实，要求Hotels.com免费取消房间。我们按照客服人员的要求提供了相关照片。但遗憾的是Hotels.com并没有跟进处理退款，而是非常不负责任且简单粗暴的回答“根据协议无法免费取消”。 The hotel is located in a remote area, with a cemetery/burial ground nearby, which is not disclosed on Hotels.com. We found upon arrival that entering the hotel first requires passing through this cemetery/cemetery. The room was very chilly, and our first reaction was to leave as soon as possible. Then we contacted the driver to pick us up and left the hotel as soon as possible. I strongly do not recommend choosing this hotel. In addition, let's talk about Hotels.com. Although we contacted their customer service immediately and reported the above facts to them, we requested that they cancel the room for free. We provided relevant photos as requested by the customer service personnel. Unfortunately, Hotels.com did not follow up on the refund process and instead responded very irresponsibly and simply, 'According to the agreement, it cannot be cancelled for free'.

十国峠は昔から眺めが良かったけど、さらにその上にこんなに良い施設ができているのか知らなかった。 暖かい時期もいいが、秋も夕日が見れて綺麗である。 風が強いので、屋根が可動式の屋根じゃなくて、半分は普通の屋根だったら、音がうるさくなくていいと思う。めっちゃ快適でした。ありがとうございました次はサウナの部屋を行きます

スタッフさんがとても気さくで話しやすく、対応親切でした。 BBQがとても立派で大満足！ カマンベールチーズが丸々入ったリゾットも最高でした。 寒い中、焚火で焼きマシュマロもおいしかったです(^^) 景色も素敵で日の出に感動しました。 心残りは到着が遅くなった為、日の入りが見れなかった事です。 家族も大満足でしたので、また利用したいと思っています。

楽しくバーベキューできます

トレーラーハウスですが、基本キレイで水場の問題もなく快適でした。 お風呂もとてもしっかりできてます。 ちょっと違った宿泊をしたいなら楽しめると思います。 入口は分かりづらく、車１台分の道幅を少し進むとあります。 近くにコンビニ等はない為、持込みするなら早めに買っておくとスムーズです。

富士山は雲に隠れて見えず、残念でしたが、 快適にすごせました。 夜のバーベキューも、朝のホットサンドも、見た目も美しく、ボリュームがあり満足です。 トレーラーハウスのお部屋は広くはないけど、大きめの浴槽も広いベッドもあります。 ほとんどの時間をバルコニーとスカイデッキで気持ちよく過ごせました。 焚き火にも癒されるました。また違う季節に行きたいです。

悪天候でしたが、19時頃には雨もやんできたら、スタッフさんが気を使ってくれて、テラスでバーベキューを出来るようにセットしてくれて、諦めていたのですが、大変うれしかったです。 翌日には天候も回復して、モーニングコーヒーも最高でした。 また行きたいと思います。サウナ付きが最高でした。
