“Nice environment clean facilities Spiros behind the bar was a great host and reception staff extremely helpful. Apartment spacious Aircon very effective. Only disappointment was the kitchen facilities limited pans and utensils. Toilet flush not effective. Pool very nice. Would recommend ”

“Our stay at Panorama Apts. was very good, we had a sea view apt which had views of the mountains and sea , breathtaking. Staff very nice, food was good, only drawback was the location of the apts, very very steep hills, up and down, even to go to supermarkets, which did not suit us , as we are in our seventies, lots and lots of mosquitoes bites. However we did enjoy Panorama apts and our stay in Corfu. Ann”

“Die Unterkunft war alles in allem sehr gut! Und die Mitarbeitenden durch und durch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand ist allerdings doch etwas weiter und anstrengender als erwartet. Zudem ist der Strand im Vergleich zu anderen leider nicht besonders, sodass wir wenig Zeit in Acharavi selbst verbracht haben. Auch das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Auswahl. Alles andere war jedoch top! ”

It was a little hard to find, the hotel doesn't appear on Apple or Google maps, and there are a couple hotels with similar names. I drove to the main roundabout by the harbor and someone from the hotel came out to guide me in. Once you know where it is, it is easy. “Had a lovely stay here. Charming couple running the hotel. Only down side was the distance from decent restaurants which would have been ok if you’re all walking. However with a buggy and alone the pavements are very hit & miss with areas of bad damage or none and it’s a busy road. ”

“Overall our stay here was really good however a few things could have been better. When we arrived there was no one to meet us or even any instruction on what room we were in. We had to find it all out ourselves by talking to other guests. Also the beds are hard and quite uncomfortable. Other than that it is good. ”

“Philippos apartments were very clean and the pool area was kept clean and tidy. We used the pool bar every day and the food and drink were excellent. No booming loud noisy music, and a very large tv screen which we were able to watch the sad events about the Royal family. All in all, a very clean and peaceful place to stay. “While Gouvia is not much to write home about, this hotel and some excellent restaurants in town gave us a great experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer to their guests. It looks like it has been recently renovated extensively. We have found five swimming pools but wouldn't be surprised if there are more. Our room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and towels are changed every day. There is a small supermarket about a minute away from the hotel. Gouvia town...
