Clean, apparently recently refurbished, and everything worked. Took advantage of the washer and dryer. Short walk to KC's Uptown Theater for a concert.

We traveled to Kansas City because one of our children was gravely ill and had to be transported from Joplin to Kansas City, Mercy Children’s Hospital. The staff was aware of our situation and very accommodating. And as bad as the situation was it was made a little bit better by being able to come back to the hotel and lay down and rest in a nice quiet clean place.

Weekend trip.

Clean room, a bit loud from hallway noise. Comfortable bed and linens, nice size kitchenette and medium sized fridge. Didn't raelly like limited parking for $20/day. Location worked for what we needed, just a 5 min drive to Nelson Atkins or WWI museum. Breakfast was decent and liked that it was available early. Front desk made it easy to check in and check out.

Few things to improve on Exhaust fan for the bathroom need one, stock paper and disposal products for the kitchenette. Maybe folding doors between the 2 bed units. On a positive the saff were great good location.

Beautiful Building

I love staying here! It has all the charm of a historic building, with all the updates for a great stay. Staff is always courteous, and breakfast is always good. I've stayed here several times over the last 2 years.

It was suppose to be a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. It had 1 very tiny bathroom, neither bedroom had doors, odd layout-no living room, no ac vents in either bedroom so it was uncomfortably warm
