I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had no closet, which made it difficult to unpack or organize anything. Even worse, the room smelled strongly of smoke, despite the hotel claiming to be smoke‑free. It was unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The biggest issue was the shower setup. The shower is inside the bedroom area with transparent glass, offering zero privacy. This design is extremely uncomfortable, especially when sharing the room with others. Overall, the room felt poorly designed and did not match the expectations of a comfortable or private stay. I would not choose this hotel again.

Disappointing experience; Oversold room!!!

Disappointing experience; the staff oversold their room then arranged us to a motel which is being operated by the same group of theirs, the low-efficient process waste our precious time and made us unpleasant although the room of the motel is not bad. Additionally the check-in time that be promised by the hotel just be denied by the motel. Overall I might not tend to book their room in the future. It is not recommended to choose this group's hotels/ motels.
