"The hotel was well located just across the road from the beach. We had a lovely ocean view room on the 24th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful - just one lady on reception who wasn’t helpful unfortunately but the rest of the staff were amazing. The room we had was very noisy - being ocean view and on the main street side meant you could hear all the street noise, loud cars etc. They make the BEST pina coladas at the Splash Bar!"

"The property was great - it had a welcoming lobby, onsite 24 hour laundry access and initmate layout that allowed you to get to your room easily. The staff were all kind and courteous. They gave us a courtesy call when we checked in and when we were about to check out."
