"Jeune femme à l'accueil totalement inefficace. À l'arrivée elle ne trouve pas notre réservation et nous envoie vers un autre hôtel plus loin. Finalement pour revenir à l'hôtel précédent. Au cours du séjour on lui demande si le chauffage fonctionne elle nous dit que non alors que nous avons réussi ..."

"Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room ..."
