Terrible service and sanitation

"Wifi is not available. staff was poor and irresponsible. Sweeper didn’t clean my room at all and muttered for changing towel :(( many insects on food so can’t enjoy breakfast. If you want sanitation and nice staff, I don’t recommand this hotel."
