A little disappointing for a top end hotel. The room was nice and the shower and bathroom were excellent. We paid extra to have lounge access but the lounge was nothing to speak of. Grand Inn Canalside
I didn't use it, but my father was happy that it was there and he used it. I didn't feel any shortage of kitchen utensils either.
